This assures that our company has the minimum, if any, rejections by the Deeds Office. The professional team is also available after hours for advice and to assist with intrigued agreements and transactions.

We believe in a personal service, this being the reason why Ronelle Botha attends to the drafting of all documentation herself and the signing thereof. Ronelle Botha was admitted as an attorney in 2003, as a conveyancer in 2005 and as a notary public in 2006 and after practicing for three years in Bloemfontein relocated to Cape Town during 2006.

After practicing at two attorneys’ firms in Bellville, she opened her own practice in November 2011, Botha & Venter Attorneys, Bellville. Since then the practice has grown rapidly and she ensures that all her clients are exposed to the skills and knowledge that she has to offer.

Sarel Venter opened the Botha & Venter Attorneys’ practice with Ronelle in November 2011 and assists Ronelle Botha where need be, as Client Liaison Manager, in delivering documentation to our clients, collect clients where it is impossible to come to our offices, liaise with clients.

Our staff visit the offices of the local authorities, the banks, the Receiver of Revenue and the Deeds Office on a daily basis to secure prompt and efficient service to all our clients.
